Bishop Dr. Gideon Titi-Ofei is a renowned Ghanaian pastor, educator, and motivational speaker, best known for his leadership and societal contributions. He is the founder and Presiding Bishop of Pleasant Place Church in Accra and established Accra Business School, now University of Gold Coast, to foster leadership development. With a holistic ministry approach, he mentors leaders and entrepreneurs. Bishop Dr. Titi-Ofei holds a PhD in International Business, a Global Executive Masters in Management from the London School of Economics (LSE), and a Masters in Governance and Leadership from Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration (GIMPA). His influence extends across Ghana and Africa. He is married to Olivia and has four children.

Lady Rev. Olivia Titi-Ofei is a distinguished pastor, educator, counselor, and co-founder of Pleasant Place Church in Accra, Ghana. She is the Founder and President of Temple Christian International School (TCIS), a Cambridge secondary school committed to academic excellence. Lady Rev. Titi-Ofei holds an MBA from the University of Bolton, UK, and a Master of Arts in Ministry from Trinity Theological Seminary. A registered psychologist and a member of the Ghana Psychological Council, she combines her expertise in education and counseling to empower individuals and promote holistic development. As Co-Chancellor of the University of Gold Coast, she brings a wealth of experience, expertise, and knowledge to the institution, contributing significantly to its growth and vision. Lady Rev. Olivia Titi-Ofei is the wife of Bishop Dr. Gideon Titi-Ofei (Chancellor) and together they have 4 amazing children.

Professor Dr. Pikay Richardson is a distinguished international management educator, consultant, and business school professor. He holds degrees in Engineering, Business Economics, and Business Administration from the Victoria University of Manchester. With experience as a full-time faculty member at the Manchester Business School and New Jersey Institute of Technology, as well as visiting academic positions in India, China, Botswana, and Ghana, he is a recognized expert in management development, shaping future leaders globally.

Prof. Elvis Cornerstone, Vice Chancellor of the University of Gold Coast, is a seasoned Professor of Financial Economics with over 20 years of experience. He holds a PhD and Master’s in Financial Economics from Bangor University, UK, where he also lectured. Previously, he served as a professor at Swiss UMEF University, Geneva, holding leadership roles as Africa Regional Director and Director of Academic Affairs for its Kabul campus.

With a background in development finance, Prof. Cornerstone worked with institutions like the African Development Bank, managing loan portfolios across multiple countries. He is a trusted consultant for international organizations, governments, and private institutions.

Professor Cedric Bell is the Pro Vice-Chancellor of Accra Business School, now University of Gold Coast. A distinguished academic and entrepreneur, he was Chief Executive of Holborn College, London, which he sold to the US Washington Post Kaplan Group. With leadership experience in universities across Europe, Africa, and Asia, he has also served as Pro Vice-Chancellor and Vice-Chancellor at a global university and is a ‘triple law graduate’ of the University of Birmingham. A qualified Barrister and Professor since 1996, he has authored four textbooks and over 20 articles. Professor Bell contributes to the Cambridge International Group and serves on the governing board of LD Training Ltd and the International Board of Trustees of Apasen. He is also a director of UK companies in education and training.

Baroness Arlene Foster is a prominent Northern Irish politician, best known for her leadership of the Democratic Unionist Party (DUP) and her tenure as First Minister of Northern Ireland from 2016 to 2017. She was elected to the Northern Ireland Assembly in 2003 and held various ministerial roles, including Minister for Enterprise, Trade, and Investment. In 2015, she became DUP leader, making history as the first female First Minister of Northern Ireland. She was later appointed as a life peer in the House of Lords as Baroness Foster of Aghadrumsee.

Hon. Joseph Osei-Owusu, popularly known as Joe-Wise, is a distinguished lawyer and accomplished public servant with a wealth of experience in governance and leadership. He has served as the Member of Parliament for Bekwai Constituency since 2009, where his dedication to public service and community development has earned him widespread recognition.

Called to the Bar in 1990, Hon. Osei-Owusu began his legal career at Yaw Barimah & Co. and later rose to the position of Assistant Head of Chambers at George Sarpong Legal Services. His exemplary leadership was recognized by President John Agyekum Kufuor, who appointed him as Chief Executive Officer of the Driver and Vehicle Licensing Authority (DVLA). During his six-year tenure, he transformed the institution, significantly increasing revenue from GHC 1 billion to GHC 76 billion, combating corruption by introducing secure driver’s licenses, and securing a modern head office for the DVLA.

Deeply committed to his hometown, Hon. Osei-Owusu answered the call of the chiefs and people of Bekwai to serve as their independent Member of Parliament. His service continues to exemplify visionary leadership and dedication to national progress. As a member of the Governing Council, he brings his extensive legal expertise, governance acumen, and passion for development to foster institutional excellence.

Professor Samuel Nii Odai is the Vice Chancellor of Accra Technical University and a renowned Ghanaian expert in hydraulics and water resources. He holds a BEng in Irrigation and Water Conservancy Engineering from Hohai University and an MSc and PhD in Computational Hydraulics from the Tokyo University of Agriculture and Technology. Professor Odai has held various academic roles at Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST), including full professor and Pro Vice Chancellor. A Fellow of the Ghana Academy of Arts and Sciences, he has received the National Best Research Scientist Gold Award and leads the Welcome Trust-sponsored SNOWS project. He is also a Commonwealth Academic Fellow

Dr. Irene Brew-Riverson is the Director of Teaching, Learning, and Quality at the University of Westminster’s School of Finance and Accounting, where she advocates for transformative education. With an EdD in Education from University College London (UCL), her thesis explored the impact of Enterprise Culture in Further Education colleges. She also holds an MA in Marketing Management from Middlesex University and a Postgraduate Certificate in Education from Greenwich University. Dr. Brew-Riverson became a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy in 2018. Beyond her academic roles, she co-founded the charity Yere Dzikan to mentor young girls and co-launched the African Support Bureau for Entrepreneurship to support education and leadership in African higher institutions.

Mr. Saviour Kodzo Nyamadie is the Registrar of Accra Business School, now University of Gold Coast, where he serves as the Chief Administrative Officer. He holds an MBA from Accra Business School and Wrexham University, UK, along with a Master’s in International Relations and a Postgraduate degree in marketing management from ATHE UK. Known for his astute administrative skills, Mr. Nyamadie is the Secretary to the Council and also plays a key role in managing the university’s operations, ensuring smooth administrative functions, and supporting academic excellence. Mr. Nyamadie is also a member of the institute of Public Relations and a Certified Economic Diplomat.
