- Bachelor’s degree in Theology, Religious Studies, or related field, OR
- Bachelor’s degree in another discipline with relevant experience, OR
- Professional qualification + 2 years’ relevant experience, OR
- Significant ministry commitment (10+ years active service, with recommendation letter)
