ENROLLMENT CONTRACT

GRADUATE STUDIES- ACCEPTANCE OFFER

This Enrollment Contract (“Contract”) is made on this day, between:

The University of Gold Coast, a registered higher education institution in Ghana with its principal address at Spintex Road, Accra (“University”), and you :

1.PROGRAM DETAILS

Start Date : October 2025

2. PROGRAM STRUCTURE

  • The Student shall first complete the programme over 12 months.
  • Upon successful completion, the Student shall be eligible to graduate.
  • The Student shall attend classes, complete assignments, and meet all academic requirements as outlined in the University’s Academic Regulations.

3. PROGRAM FEES

Tuition Fee: as stated in my admission letter.

4. REFUND POLICY

  • Tuition fees are non-refundable once the Student has attended any classes or accessed course materials.
  • Where a refund is applicable (e.g., program cancellation by the University), only tuition fees paid (excluding non-refundable administrative charges) will be refunded.

5. STUDENT BOND OF GOOD CONDUCT

    1. I will abide by, observe, and obey all Rules and Regulations of the University and to be of good behaviour as stipulated in the said Rules and Regulations found on the School’s website. Failure on my part to fulfil this requirement will result in the School taking any action it deems fit against me.
    2. I will submit to and obey the authority and all decisions made by the Chancellorery of the School, the School Faculty, and/or other legitimately constituted bodies, or any disciplinary proceedings against me.
    3. I agree that the condition of this undertaking is such that should I fail to behave, maintain and conduct myself as set forth SUPRA, then in that case, the University of Gold Coast through the appropriate body, shall, consistent with the procedures laid down in the aforementioned Rules and Regulations of the School, institute disciplinary proceedings against me (including denying me the right and privileges to remain a student and forfeiting all payments made to the School thereof).
    4. I agree that UGC students disciplinary process is not negotiable, and the School will, therefore, not be sympathetic to students who may be called upon for disciplinary action, or interfere with the due process of disciplining students.
    5. I agree that the Rules and Regulations governing conduct and discipline are not designed to prohibit interaction and other activities but instead to regulate and guide so that the interaction and other activities are carried out in a manner that is socially and morally acceptable and facilitative of an environment which the School academic endeavours can thrive.
    6. I agree that if disciplinary action is taken against me, University of Gold Coast will communicate the same to my sponsors who will be at liberty to consequently withdraw my support.
    7. I agree that failure on my part to sign this BOND can have my admission revoked by the School.

I therefore sign this BOND as a sign of assurance and undertaking that I will be of good conduct throughout my study at the University of Gold Coast.

6. UNIVERSITY RESPONSIBILITIES

The University agrees to:
  • Deliver the program as outlined in the admission letter and program handbook.
  • Provide qualified faculty, learning resources, and student support services.
  • Award the agreed qualifications upon successful completion of all requirements.

7. TERMINATION

This contract may be terminated:

  • By the Student, in writing, before the program start date (subject to refund policy).
  • By the University, in the event of academic misconduct, breach of contract, or failure to meet payment obligations.

8. GOVERNING LAW

This Contract shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Ghana.

9. ACCEPTANCE
