ENROLLMENT CONTRACT

DUAL MBA PROGRAM ENROLLMENT CONTRACT

This Enrollment Contract (“Contract”) is made on this day, between:

The University of Gold Coast, a registered higher education institution in Ghana with its principal address at Spintex Road, Accra (“University”), and you :

1.PROGRAMME DETAILS

PROGRAMME TITLE : Dual Master of Business Administration (MBA)

Please make sure to select the specializations as stated on your admission letter ; Refer to your admission letter in your mail to be sure of the right specializations.

Start Date : January 2026

Award: Two MBA degrees from the University of Gold Coast (one for each specialisation), plus a Postgraduate Certificate in Management (after Trimester 1) and a Postgraduate Diploma in Management (after Trimester 2).

2. PROGRAM STRUCTURE

  • The Student shall first complete the First MBA Specialisation over 12 months.
  • Upon successful completion, the Student shall proceed directly to the Second MBA Specialisation over 6 months.
  • The Student shall attend classes, complete assignments, and meet all academic requirements as outlined in the University’s Academic Regulations.

3. PROGRAM FEES

  • Tuition Fee: GHS 36,000 (Thirty-Six Thousand Ghana Cedis).
  • Additional Fees: The following are not included in the tuition fee and must be paid separately:
    • Exemption fees for the second MBA.
    • Thesis/Project supervision fee.
    • Graduation fee(s)

4. REFUND POLICY

  • Tuition fees are non-refundable once the Student has attended any classes or accessed course materials.
  • Where a refund is applicable (e.g., program cancellation by the University), only tuition fees paid (excluding non-refundable administrative charges) will be refunded.

5. STUDENT RESPONSIBILITIES

The Student agrees to:

  • Attend and participate in all required classes, seminars, and assessments.
  • Maintain academic integrity and comply with the University’s code of conduct.
  • Meet all academic requirements for graduation in both MBA specialisations.

6. UNIVERSITY RESPONSIBILITIES

The University agrees to:
  • Deliver the program as outlined in the admission letter and program handbook.
  • Provide qualified faculty, learning resources, and student support services.
  • Award the agreed qualifications upon successful completion of all requirements.

7. TERMINATION

This contract may be terminated:

  • By the Student, in writing, before the program start date (subject to refund policy).
  • By the University, in the event of academic misconduct, breach of contract, or failure to meet payment obligations.

8. GOVERNING LAW

This Contract shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Ghana.
