1. to abide by, observe, and obey all Rules and Regulations of Accra Business School and to be of good behaviour as stipulated in the said Rules and Regulations found on the School’s website. Failure on my part to fulfil this requirement will result in the School taking any action it deems fit against me.
2. to submit to and obey the authority and all decisions made by the President of the School or through him/her by the Governing Council of the
School, the School Faculty, and/or other legitimately constituted bodies, or any disciplinary proceedings against me.
3. that the condition of this undertaking is such that should I fail to behave, maintain and conduct myself as set forth then in that case, Accra Business School through the appropriate body, shall, consistent with the procedures laid down in the aforementioned Rules and Regulations of the School, institute disciplinary proceedings against me (including denying me the right and privileges to remain a student and forfeiting all payments made to the School thereof).
4. that Accra Business School students disciplinary process is not
negotiable, and the School will, therefore, not be sympathetic to students
who may be called upon for disciplinary action, or interfere with the due
process of disciplining students.
5. that the Rules and Regulations governing conduct and discipline are not designed to prohibit interaction and other activities but instead to reg-
ulate and guide so that the interaction and other activities are carried out in a manner that is socially and morally acceptable and facilitative of an envi-
ronment which the School academic endeavours can thrive.
6. that if disciplinary action is taken against me, Accra Business School will communicate the same to my sponsors who will be at liberty to consequently withdraw my support.
7. that failure on my part to sign this BOND shall deny me admission to Accra Business School, or have my admission revoked by the School.
I therefore sign this BOND as a sign of assurance and undertaking that I will be of good conduct throughout my study at Accra Business School.
